Jeff Award for First Folio Actor
At the 41st Annual Joseph Jefferson Awards, Larry Neumann, Jr. , was honored with a Jeff for his role as Phil Hogan in First Folio's production of A Moon for the Misbegotten. Larry tied for the award in the Lead Actor categorywith William Peterson, former star of the TV series CSI.
Larry Neumann, Jr. was previously seen at First Folio in the title role of The Madness of Edgar Allan Poe: A Love Story. This is Larry's third Jeff Award.
First Folio had three other nominations for A Moon for the Misbegotten including Best Production, Director (Alison C. Vesely) and Scenic Design (Angela Weber Miller). This marks 6 straight years that First Folio productions have been nominated for awards by the Jeff Committee. To date, First Folio has been honored with a total of 16 nominations.

Experience First Folio at Mayslake Peabody Estate Forest Preserve
All performances take place on the grounds of the Mayslake Peabody Estate, which is owned and operated by the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County. Indoor shows are presented in Mayslake Hall, a 30-room Tudor Revival style mansion originally built by coal baron Francis S. Peabody.
